Lies and the Lying Liars Who Tell Them: A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right is a very funny but serious book about the state of politics today.  Franken painstakingly shows just bad the right has been and, amazingly, allows us to still laugh about them.
Too Funny to be President
Too Funny to be President, written by the late Arizona congressman Mo Udall, is a great collection of political humor. A small sample - after losing the 1976 presidential nomination battle, columnist David Broder wrote,  "Mo Udall wanted to run for President in the worst way ... and did."
Downsize This!
Downsize This! is an incredibly funny take-no-prisoner book, written by a true blue Old Democrat. While completely disagreeing with Moore's views, New Democrats will have a hard time trying to stop laughing. Moore was creator of Roger & Me, the most popular documentary film of all time.
Does Anybody Have a Problem With That?
Does Anybody Have a Problem With That? is a collection of the greatest hits from the TV series, Politically Incorrect. Al Franken may have said it best, "Bill Maher's jokes are often political, but seldom, if ever, incorrect." The New York Times says Maher is "irreverent without being irrelevant."
